These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LondonSlot platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using LondonSlot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use LondonSlot. Age verification may be required at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through technical error — will be merged or closed. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. Use your real name and accurate personal details when registering.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including multi-accounting, bonus arbitrage, or matched betting with bonus funds — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. LondonSlot will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility until you formally notify us of unauthorised access.
Withdrawals above defined thresholds require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests delayed or held until verification is complete. This is a standard AML compliance requirement.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
To register an Account and use the LondonSlot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under any other identity, is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation, with any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts voided.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep that information updated throughout the life of your Account. LondonSlot is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration, including but not limited to failed withdrawals due to mismatched bank account details.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials is considered to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity unless you have notified us promptly of unauthorised access.
4.4 Password Security. LondonSlot will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from LondonSlot requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately [email protected].
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. LondonSlot accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT TRC20, and BNB). The full and current list of accepted methods is published on the Platform. Methods may be added or removed without advance notice.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published on the deposit page. MYR e-wallet deposits carry a minimum of MYR 20. Bank transfer (FPX) minimum is MYR 100. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Maximum deposits may be set per transaction, per day, or per account in accordance with our risk management policies.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours (8am–11pm MST, UTC+8). Most e-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5–10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes of approval, subject to network confirmation times.
5.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals. LondonSlot is required to carry out identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of a government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC or passport) and a bank statement or utility bill confirming your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is completed.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. LondonSlot does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and conversion.
5.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of, or at the direction of, any third party. Use of payment methods not registered in your own name may result in withdrawal holds pending additional verification.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, VIP perks, and other promotional offers ("Promotions") available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each Promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Most Promotions carry a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) applied to the bonus amount or, where specified, to the combined deposit and bonus amount. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable Wagering Requirement before opting in to any Promotion.
6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. When Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet restriction applies per spin, hand, or round. The maximum bet is typically set at MYR 250–500 per bet, as specified in the applicable Promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all Games contribute equally towards meeting a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Live dealer games typically contribute 10%–25%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the applicable Promotion terms.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All Promotions carry an expiry window, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of bonus credit, as specified per Promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been the subject of a completed Wagering Requirement within the applicable expiry window will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
6.6 Bonus Abuse. LondonSlot reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and close Accounts in cases of suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing offseting bets (matched betting) using Bonus Funds; employing software or tools to circumvent Wagering Requirement mechanics; or exploiting a technical error in the Platform to claim bonuses improperly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LondonSlot Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in the closure of your Account and reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the LondonSlot Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, audio, video, and Game content, is the intellectual property of LondonSlot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or attempt to reverse-engineer any Platform software.
8.3 The LondonSlot name, logo, and associated branding are trade marks of LondonSlot. Unauthorised use of these trade marks is strictly prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. LondonSlot collects and processes personal data only as necessary to provide our services, process financial transactions, verify player identity (KYC/AML), and comply with applicable regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

LondonSlot is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of responsible gambling tools accessible via your Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.1 Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We actively work to prevent underage gambling and cooperate with any regulatory inquiry relating to underage access.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player who believes they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will result in the Player's Account being restricted from all gambling activity for the requested exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion.
10.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LondonSlot makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LondonSlot shall not be liable for: any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; loss of data; loss of profits or revenue; or any loss caused by a third-party service provider (including payment processors, game studios, or network providers).
11.3 LondonSlot shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures of third-party systems, regulatory changes, or events of force majeure.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit LondonSlot's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.1 LondonSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; a regulatory obligation requires us to do so; or the Account is associated with a self-exclusion or problem gambling flag.
12.2 Upon closure of an Account for any cause other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining Deposited Funds (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirement obligations) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit.
12.3 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. If your Account closure request is motivated by a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to also activate self-exclusion via our responsible gambling tools or through external support channels listed on our Responsible Gambling page.
LondonSlot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to notify registered Players by email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Deposited Funds will be returned as described in Section 12 upon closure.
14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint about the Platform, any Game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of our service, you should first contact our support team by submitting a written complaint to the plain-text email address published on the Platform ([email protected]). We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the complaint in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures published on our FAQ page. Details of any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon escalation.
14.3 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which LondonSlot holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process set out in clauses 14.1 and 14.2 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
14.4 Game Outcomes. All Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. LondonSlot does not accept disputes regarding individual Game outcomes where the RNG has functioned correctly. In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction affecting Game outcomes, LondonSlot will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund of the affected wager.
